we cant wait for you to experience diig cycle and fitness and want you to feel totally prepared. its recommenced you get to the studio 15 mins before class, so you can check out the studio, and get settled in. You will need to check in, grab your equipment and a sweat towel. We don’t have lockers currently, therefore we recommend leaving any valuables at home. Any bags with clothes/ shoes can be left at reception or on pegs. keys and phone can stay next to your bike / mat as long as your phone is off during class.

inductions
new members, we recommend you are in the studio at least 10 minutes before the start of class to receive the induction. This will show you how to set up your bike properly, manage the resistance on the bike, how to clip into the pedals, and give you an introduction to our ride classes, same for strenght and sculpt classes. The instructor can answer any questions you may have at this point. remember, this is YOUR time to push past your limits, free your mind and enjoy your movement. Expect raging endorphins and all round good, sweaty vibes.

after class
class complete, and you feel on top of the world and raring to book in your next class. head to our changing facilities if you need, where you will find showers stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, also a hairdryer in the ladies. if you need to use the facilities please bring a towel with you as we currently only provide sweat towels for the bike. feel free to chill in our lounge/ bar area, and don’t forget to tell us how your class was for you!
FAQs
You must be at least 16 years old to attend diig, and if you are under 18 years old you must be accompanied with a parent/guardian in class. You also need to be at least '4ft 11 inches tall.
If you arrive to class once the class has started you will not be able to join as this will disturb the rest of the members. If you are a new rider it is especially important that you arrive to class early enough to receive the induction.
You will need to come to class well hydrated and have eaten, we push hard in class and we want to make sure you are fuelled. Please bring water with you or grab one from our diig bar.
If you have any health concerns which may affect you when engaging in high intensity fitness activities, you must consult with your doctor before attending class.
Classes can be rescheduled/cancelled in your account up to 12 hours before the class begins.
Photography and videoing and capturing class content is strictly not permitted, unless given permission.
